Tri-Star’smain goals are to minimize inherent risks while maximizing profits in the real estate development process. Collectively we have years of hands-on experience in the sourcing and acquisition of project sites, entitling those sites to their highest and best use, and finally to the horizontal and vertical development phases. We have established excellent financing relationships for both construction and permanent take-outs. Finally, we manage each project’s construction and the daily leasing and operational aspects of our developments. While most of our development is for our own portfolio, we are always willing to assist clients in the development of their own projects. We provide the same knowledge, fervor, and attention to detail and costs savings as we would for our own account.

From our years of experience, the value add comes in our ability to engineer on the fly cutting costs without compromising quality and efficiency of design. This ethic allows us to maximize profits in both net income generation and asset equity growth. The end game is to go from inception to stabilization as quickly as possible. Whether we build from the ground up or add value to an existing project our vision for success will never change. It is our goal to produce assets with ever increasing income and equity growth until our exit threshold is reached.
